Revive: A Yoga Immersion will include gentle slow flow, a pranayama session, savasana meditation, a mix of static and heart-rate-building somatic exercises, supportive hands-on restorative postures, and yoga nidra. Intentionally stir up and flush out stagnant energy in the body and observe and embrace what surfaces during this practice. Show up for yourself in a big way and explore with intention to feel awakened and revived. An opportunity for a mindful break, journaling, conversation, and refreshment in the yoga lounge will be offered part way through the afternoon. Restorative Feels Workshop
Join Chantalle, Whitney, Chelcie and Shane for a 90 minute $30 workshop designed to guide you back into your body and feel "all the feels".
This extended class will offer meditation, journal reflection, pranayama, and supportive restorative postures with the enhancement of gentle massage and supportive touch. Essential oils and yoga props will be used to promote tension relief and guide you to unravel into presence during this sensation-based experience. Dress in layers (socks, t-shirt) to be cozy and comfortable. Bring a mat, a journal and pen, water or tea, and an open heart.

Join Tiffany for a holistic body and mind workshop to support healing on and off the mat.
Tiffany is a certified 200 hour yoga instructor with specialized training in trauma-informed yoga and yoga therapy for anxiety.
Expect a safe, come-as-you-are environment with gentle movement, pranayama, guided meditation, mantra + affirmation, and journaling + reflection.

Therapeutic yoga for stress management + relief workshop
Join Tiffany for a 90-minute workshop that is designed to provide you with in-the-moment relaxation, along with practical strategies to manage stress outside of your yoga practice.
The workshop aims to promote holistic support, drawing from the 8 limbs of yoga and will include progressive relaxation and meditation, sound healing, breathing techniques, gentle movement, restorative poses, and journal prompts for private reflection.
Tiffany is a certified 200 hour yoga instructor with specialized training in trauma-informed yoga and yoga therapy for anxiety.
The only thing you need to bring is yourself, water, a pen and something to write on. Feel free to wear your comfiest clothes and come as you are.

Spring Renewal Workshop
Let go of stale energy and embrace the changing of seasons to welcome spring! Join Brooke for an afternoon of pranayama, gentle slow movement, a guided yoga nidra mediation and relaxation.
This session will provide a renewing experience for the entire being: body, mind and soul. Come as you are and expect to experience 2 hours of self care during which we will focus on restoring and resetting the physical and mental bodies. Permission to Feel: A Mental Health Workshop
Join Tiffany for an afternoon of intentional rest, breath, movement, and permission to feel. This workshop is designed to support your nervous system through healing with evidence-based practices and yoga philosophy.
It will include meditation, breath work, gentle movement, an extended guided journaling session, and (optional) supportive hands-on touch restorative yoga poses. Tiffany is a yoga teacher who has received additional training in therapeutic yoga for anxiety and trauma-informed yoga and is currently in her third year of psychiatric nursing studies. She strives to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where individuals can turn their focus inwards and work towards improving their mental health. Please note that while her practices are evidence-based, this workshop should not be considered a substitute for clinical treatment. Dress in comfortable layers and come as you are. Inner Alchemy: Mindful Self Discovery
Inner Alchemy: Mindful Self Discovery is a half day offering with Tiffany and Chantalle. In alchemy, transformation of base elements into gold symbolizes personal growth and inner transformation.
This gathering allows you to explore tools to nurture your own inner transformation through a cozy day of introspection. Turn challenges, emotions, or difficulties into opportunities for self-discovery and healing. Guided sessions throughout the afternoon include: Progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, gentle flow, journal reflection, pranayama and somatics, restorative yoga with hands on massage, and restful yoga nidra. A break with light nourishment will occur part way through the day. This offering will guide you in discovering your own inner alchemy- transforming tension into balance and tranquility.
To make the most of your experience, we suggest bringing a yoga mat and any personal yoga props, a water bottle, journal and pen, dressing in layers, and silencing devices for the duration of the event.

Stillness in Sound: A sound bath workshop
