Etiquette Reminders

Arriving on time

Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts and be set up on your mat/bike/reformer before class is scheduled to start. To keep things running smoothly, if you’re not checked in within 5 minutes of class time, your spot may be given to someone on the standby list. This ensures a distraction-free experience for everyone in the room and allows us to start and finish on time. For safety and to maintain the integrity of our class experience, we cannot allow latecomers to join class.

Stay for the full class

Leaving early can be distracting to others and takes away from the collective energy we build together. We completely understand if work or other commitments occasionally require you to step out during the cool down, but please make every effort to stay when possible. In yoga classes specifically, we ask that you remain still and avoid packing up during Savasana to respect the quiet and focus of the room.

Cell phones and smart watches

We want your time at Tour to feel like a true break from everything else. Please keep cell phones out of the fitness rooms unless needed for medical reasons. Please also ensure that smart watches are set to Theatre Mode to prevent bright lights from flashing during class. This is your time to disconnect, be present, and respect the experience of those around you.

Talking during class

Please avoid talking once class begins. Conversation during the workout can be very distracting for both the instructor and fellow participants. We want everyone to be able to focus, find their rhythm, and enjoy the full experience.
